Look at this crazy knock off strat

I have no idea what that tremolo is, but I love it

It's a combination of a Mustang and Jaguar tremolo. Kinda cool. The base plate looks like a Mustang and then the Jaguar Tremolo was added.

I'm betting it works about as well as a duosonic tremolo. I would love to crack it open and take a look at it.

Looks like a Servicemen Strat.

Serviceman. Played one exactly like this in a knockoff CAR with matching headstock and fingerboard binding once. Pickups were non-adjustable (fixed-height) and the middle "ply" of the pickguard was painted in.

The trem is what it looks like: a jag style unit mounted to a Stang-style plate

as paul stated, its a servicemen, cool looking, but barely playabel, i have owned 3 jaguars. one was blue with a matching stock, sold it sub, badass fucking guitar, one was sunburst, never got it tip top, sold it to dgner8, not sure what he did with it, and the other was a white one with binding and dots, sold it to this guy dogedartdave. then he sold it 3 days later on ebay and doubled his money, dick

Did it have a trussrod?

one of mine did, it had a metal bar that ran almost the length of the neck, or at least from i could tell it did. the white one and the blue one i had didn't have a rod, but the necks were fine and strung up with 10-48 they were damn near perfect.

I honestly don't remember, but I did want to say it didn't in my original post. I'd reckon a "metal reinforced neck" like robert is describing if anything, but the guitar didn't play well.

Also I remember it had Jaguar-style saddles rather than those Mustang ones.

Some more of 'em, you can see the fake middle ply on the pickguard where it's worn in the last pic.
