Has a new shortscale ibanez:

Looks to be based on some weird old Supro he's been playing with the Bosnian rainbows:

I want the Supro. I wish someone would just man up and make a proper clunky/weirdo vintage homage without "refining" stuff to be like every other modern guitar, I guess they all tweak them to work on the same machines their other guitars are made on etc... looks to have a gloriously boaty neck/thin body combo.

There's one with a neck pickup on eBay right now

Meh. The first ORM guitar is way better IMO. I won't be getting one of these. It looks like the fretboard is even wider than the Jet-king copy that his first one had.

I like it. If the price is right - I'm interested.

I like Supro better, its plain headstock looks more right to me, while Ibaneze's 3 on 3 headstock which is made straight like tele's or strat's looks awkwardly.

ITT: I post about a guitarist I couldn't give a monkey's about, but...

I read an interview with him in Guitarist Magazine this week (got it for my birthday, dreadful, don't know why people buy it) and he says the new one's very short scale, like 22.5" or something.
