this is all i could really find off hand, my photobucket seems to be on the fritz atm and everything is just "dumped" somewhere.
the neck is maple, the back and side are european maple, and the top is bearclaw sitka spruce, air dried for 37 years or somthing like that. i have some nice carving pics somewhere but i can't source them, like i said, photobucket mixed everything up.
the fretboard is mazzare ebony. or some such thing, i can't remember the correct type. the gun f-hole was jeremy's idea. it has a center block, which is really just the top and back that i didn't route out, glued together. i wish i would have put studs in, instead of the floating bridge and trapeze piece, but jeremy likes it the way it is. and i wanted to bind the neck and headstock, but once again jeremy liked it "simple as possible dude"

I like the simplicity too, found the original thread, but all the pics are gone now:

Love the gun f-hole! If you'd described that to me I'd think CHEEESEEEY but it actually looks rerally damn cool, especially on such a loud green guitar! A truly brilliant project Robert, you should be very proud. Shit, I'd love to own one like that.

Nice f hole, needs a hammer though.

the version i made after this featured a hammer, and i lost the bullet nonsense. tho the gun pic i pulled up on google images way back when didn't have a hammer is was some sort of western boot gun dealio or some such thing. rather than use a pic drawn up, i used an actual picture of an actual gun so it may not have had a hammer

ert, you forgot the last part of my name, but its all good. im doing some small stuffs atm. but the fire is pretty much just a flame right now. i couldn't, in good conscious, build again, unless i really felt the flame to do so. and that shit has been extinguished as such for a few years now.
