How2 make a compact, light, offset body shortscale ROCK gtr

Start with an Indonesian Squier Mustang. Remove springs to disable troublesome vibrato tailpiece. Remove entire wired pickguard. ROUT body slightly
to allow mounting of a LOUD humbucker like DMZ X2N, IBZ V5 or GFS Power Rails about 2" north of the bridge. You now have a comfortable, LOUD,
short scale ROCK guitar! IT WORKS FOR ME!

personally i love the "troublesome" vibrato unit, i set mine to dive on my old compstangs and my jag-stang. tho on my jaguars and jazzy i have them set to midway.
