Weber woes

I have a bronco (vibro champ) with a weber sig 8s that JUST got installed. Unfortunately it has a terrible buzz that my amp tech diagnosed as a voice coil vibrating

A clip (tremolo was engaged, hence oscillation)

It sucks because it is a brand new speaker, and even though it was $40, shipping to get it to Canada was about the same cost wise. I tried e-mailing weber but haven't heard back, so I'm at a loss with what to do next. It's my practice amp but the buzz is killing me, I have a spare weber 10", but that means hacking up the cabinet for a new baffle for around $100.

Any thoughts?

If you're positive it's the speaker and not some other issue, Weber should be responsible for arranging courier or reimbursing you. Unfortunately you may just have to wait or buy something else in the meantime

If you'll be without a bedroom amp for a while You should treat yourself to a mustang 1 amp while you wait

I have a pair of princetons coming in, so it's not the end of the world, but this has kind of been my goto as it is quiet enough to play at 2 am when my gf is asleep, like now
