Looks like it has a reverb handle. F holes are quite chubby. There were some Teisco types like that, right?

A bit of internet sluthing and I managed to find it. It's a Hofner 4600. Looks pretty cool.

That is nice. Looks a bit odd due to the lack of binding and slightly rounded edges on a hollowbody.

reverb is just a shorter way of saying reverberation; an abbreviation.
