Thats a really cool pedal. Any idea of the price? The nano stuff is usually cheaper too.

Neat. I wonder which variant it's based on though. The standard US reissue doesn't sound all that great to my ears, but I've read that the 'little Big Muff' is somewhat different to that.

Only reference of price I can find: http://www.bax-shop.nl/distortion-overd ... tails.html

So I guess about £60

Looking at the link, it looks like it's based on the NYC reissue.

The dude in the demo (Bill Ruppert) starts out with the standard blues rock that comes with these kinds of demos. He closes with some Cherub Rock though and that's pretty neat.

To be fair it's not that remarkable: there was enough space in the original case to stash ten pounds of weed and the skulls of your enemies.

Fixed

The little big muff is a pretty stale muff. I'm glad they came out with this one. I had a little big muff for a while and it was nothing to my big box US muff and my black Russian Muff. Volume control was weird on it as well. To get it to unity gain you had to jack it up really high and then every notch past that was too loud.

It's good that they've shrunk the box down but it's hardly a revelation that there's a muff in a small enclosure. I think i'll stick with my Fredric Green Muff.

Agreed. Dullest pedal news ever. Up there with the Orange Valve Tester.

You right, Man! I compared the little big muff with a proco rat: the muff had a lower volume output than the rat (and a terrible, gloomy sound). Recently tried a nano double muff: that's a really good distortion, although it has few controls.
This new nano "big" muff won't be nothing special. IMO, only russian big muff and double muff are decent muffs.
