Not very easy. It doesn't come with a clutch.

Those have been around awhile, though they have recently been redesigned to fit in an LP cavity without routing and to accept standard switchtips.
They were used on the 2008 Jimmy Page signature LP Custom replicating a 3-pickup model he modified with extra switches back in the '60s.
