Anyone know anything about these? I'm looking to upgrade my LS-2 and this looks like it fills my more is more philosophy. Plus, a friend of mine is going to Toronto soon and can pick one up.

what makes it fit your philosophy more (I sometimes use LS-2 to parallell chain blending, so I'm curious)

I wanted to experiment with blending - I was using the LS-2 to blend two different dirt options and wanted to add in some POG2 in parallel as well.

The unit arrived at the weekend actually and despite a small problem with the power input, it's going a treat. I've not really had time to experiment properly yet -the first order of business is figuring out which fuzzes don't mind sitting behind the buffers.

OK, so here it is in all its glory:


First impressions - it's really cool. The switching options are very flexible, the only problem being it's size. It's actually quite tall and the front foot switches are set back which could lead to some comedy over balancing as I don't think I could heel-toe it (even with my huge feet) The switches are nicely spaced so two (or even three - again big feet) neighbouring switches can be flicked at once to switch loops. The whole bypass is in quite an awkward place but it's not too much of a hassle and I wouldn't have wanted it to be any wider or the switches any closer so I guess it's a decent compromise. In conclusion: good buy so far.

Not too shabby! At least you're getting lots of cool stuff in there. I'm amazed they can sell these for $250 with all that off-board wiring though, must take forever to build one.

I've no idea how much work that is (although if I were to do it, the answer would be measured in days if not weeks)

It's very flexible with different routing options for loops C and D, a feedback option on C, phase switching and three options for what you want to happen when the loops are off. And Wounded Paw were very helpful with my power socket issue too.

All for £139 as long as you've got someone to smuggle one back from Canada.
