I want to get a tele. I like the thinline's fore sure. as far as overall quality for a mod platform goes, which do you think would work the best??

that vm looks nice, but i'm once bitten twice shy after the vm mustang i had
by all accounts i've heard xavieres are solid guitars as a platform but usually need a good setup and some fret/nut work to be optimum

well the neck was the main issue with the mustang, so it could be a problem on a telecaster or any guitar really. but the majority of people have not had the same problem, so i think my experience is an exception

yeah this is exactly why i still havent bought a guitar from an online retailer I just can't handle the thought of getting a shitty neck sight unseen adn having to mail the thing back

I ordered one of
these . Reviews seem mostly positive. If it ends up sucking, the price takes the sting out of it.
