Dug my old squire strat out of the garage...(or as I like to call it the guitarage), time for some TLC
What look should I go for?
Option 1
Option 2
I have all the bits in me bits box.

Option 1. I want to get one of those Squiers that look like that only with a maplez neck at some point (VM 70s or something).

Option 2 needs a maple fretboard imo

Almost Gilmour vibe with the second one

Definitely. More so if it had a maple neck

If you do option one then paint the headstock black

One.
Two looks a bit half-seventies and there's no point half doing something.

I was leaning toward option 1 for the Chris Stein vibe. I agree both options would be better with maple, but this wee guitar plays like butter so any changes will be purely cosmetic.

Poll is invalid. No SLOAN option. But definitely 2. Match the white in that b/w/b guard. Fuck these shortscalers.

I've always loved that look, especially with the rosewood fretboard.
