So due to a change in circumstances the bassist on my course had to drop out. So as there are two guitarists we've decided to split up bass duties. This meant I needed a bass. Hence...

I thought I'd give one of the new Harley Benton models a punt. For £100 I can't go that wrong...



I'm quite excited for it to arrive and depending on how I get on I may even pick up bass as my second study instrument (would mean I'd get lessons from an amazing teacher too!).

Looks very nice. Especially for a ton.

I'll post pictures when it arrives. Looking forward to seeing what it's like.

yea its gotta be a bargain that. harley benton kick arse now. theyve got a mean looking 8string that temtps me, but no. i dont have £120 anyway. and its a bit too metal.

The bass just arrived, and first impressions are really good. The setup could use a tweak but apart from that it looks great! Had a very quick play through a guitar amp and it sounds awesome.

Will spend more time with it later and take some pictures.

Gawd I love them black blocks. Looks sweet.
