Anyone tried Seymour Duncan Hot for Jazzmaster pickups?

Post by johnnyseven »

Ever since I put a Dimarzio Pre B1 in my Tele (which I love) i've found my JM bridge pickup a bit thin and weak. I've been offered a set of Seymour Duncan Hot for Jazzmaster pickups, i've tried the Quarter Pounders and really liked them - but does anyone have any experience with the Hots they could share?

I don't remember if I've ever had a "hot" for jazzmaster, but in my Jag the hots seemed to hot. I've had good luck with the quarter pounders and vintage style.
