My favourite, and only Strat - Fender '68 RI

I really liked the rosewood board CV Squier I tried though, quality guitar for cheap.

Been impressed with my V100 I've been giving serious consideration to one of these

or possibly the cheaper v6bb which has a rosewood board and no fake relicing.

apparently the vintage fender styles aren't as good as their gibson styles. never actually tried one though to be fair

I had a custom shop strat in inca silver. I have absolutely no recollection of owning this guitar, but looking at it now it's pretty sweet.

A bit naughty of me in this section but I'm thinking of getting rid of mine dez, its a standard Squier with maple neck. Full body thickness, two pivot trem..
The neck is really nice on it, I also added a Wilkinson trem and a Dimarzio single coil. I used it in the 80's band.

Consider a G&L Legacy; great guitars.

sounds cool what colour is it? I'm after a black one for two reasons I've come to the conclusion black and mint is my preferred colour combo and my wife won't notice I've replaced the Squire (less grief that way).

The American specials are amazing for the money, especially if you can score one secondhand. I still miss my 62 reissue scumburst with rosewood board. AFAIK it's still with someone on here tho so that's cool.

Yep still with me. Well on long term loan to a friend. Awesome guitar though, so light and the neck is gorgeous. It's well worth trying a load out to find one with the right neck for you.

I was in a pawn shop yesterday looking at their usual assortment of crap guitars. The guy behind the counter said "you like Strats?"- he went into the back and brought out this 2009 US model. I really loved the neck- nice case and all the case candy is there. So I made the impulse buy after he dropped the price $50. I don't have the cash, so I put it on layaway. Might be putting a couple things up in classifieds to pay for it.

Really love that red in the burst. Very nice looking guitar. Can I ask how much you paid?
