Changed the tubes, put a Jensen Mod 6" speaker in their and clipped R7 and R19 pulling out the tone stack and negative feedback loop.
It's pretty crazy now.

It's crazy how bad the pre-voiced tonestack sounds (to me anyway), I think pulling that out is the majority of the change. Pulling the negative feedback loop out made the sound more aggressive and break up a little more (and better to my ears).
There is absolutely no clean headroom in it at all, the amp breaks up at 2 now, it's just a crazy little overdrive pedal with a speaker taped to it.
