New neck or logo swap? Much prefer it to the blacktop logo regardless.

NOICE!
Clueless and late to the party as I usually am, do I spy a Dually on that Jazzmonster? Been thinking about dissecting a Tele Baritone body and putting on a Dually-T out for Teh Greenwoodz someday, now that Lace has finally released them independent of Fender with a sexy figure-hugging metal ring. PARANOID FANDROIDS UNITE.

Didn't lace break up with fender in the early/mid 90s? Pretty sure neither of my red duallys have a fender logo

Yepz. And I'm pretty sure the Dually-T wasn't seen much outside of the production Telecaster Plus models (let alone the 3-hole metal pickup ring itself), which I reckon is why the sudden release of the Dually-T Plus pickup last year without a bigass Fender guitar attached to it has been a big point of interest for some.

Aye. Red/Red. It's output is oddly comparable to that of the neck pickup; the tone of the neck pickup completely dwarfs the dually when both are on, even with a massive pickup height difference with the dually being jacked right up to the strings. It sounds a lot better coilsplit, as the full both-on tone is VERY bassy. (This isn't as bad through my Cambridge toob-beast as it was through my Fender Princeton or the Valvetronix) I'm not very satisfied with it, to be honest. I'd like to rig it up to a SD triple shot switching pickup ring before replacing it though.
ALSO. The only wiring diagrams for these are either to rig it up to a 3pdt for split/both/split or a very small number of RADIOHEAD BUTTNERDS explaining how they wired it to push/pulls exactly like Jonny Griswald's with the pulled up setting being the both-on setting.

The satin finish isn't a major selling point for me, but the neck feels great and the nut/tuners/string trees are huge improvements over the crap that came with the Blacktop.
