Hello all,

I was talking with my friend last night and he owns a real 62 Jag and he asking questions like does it have clay dots and a slab board?
The dots look almost like paper and the finger board does look thick from the heel but it doesn't curve at the headstock like a 62.

In all honesty none of this matters to me. If my Jag was made of reprocessed cigarette packets I would still be pleased as punch with it.
It would just be nice to know, my googling skills are failing me and I am not getting much info on these things

So if anyone has any knowledge they could share, that would be cool.

They profile the headstocks differently now, so the curve wouldn't be so clear - it should be obvious from the heel end though.

You have pics? Aren't the AVRI dots kinda pearloid? Paper like would be the last word for me to describe them.
