Guess cos it's had a different guard on it, that'll lower the price so maybe an actual player can afford it

I don't know whether pickguard is original or not, but original toasters alone are sold on ebay for ridiculous prices like $250. And this guitar has gone for $900, that is cheap for early Ricks. So, it myght be in the hands of a player
