The gold sparkle on the Strat looks cool, but since my name isn't Dick Dale I don't think it's a look I'd be able to pull off.

I like it in theory... but prefer the orange sparkle used on the Supersonic RI or a big flake silver sparkle.

Its also an extra couple hundred dollars for it just because of the color

Gold flake isn't just a colour. It's a way of life.

Mr. Park started spraying nitro (20 layers, as usual) in a number of sparkle finishes on Moollon P-Classics as of late. Gold as by far been the customers' choice.
I myself am considering buying one in the above Ruby Red and fitting it with a maple neck and anodized guard, kinda like Ken's Fernandes LD-85KK

Love em both, gold flake makes Strats and especially Teles super fabulous. Love gold both of them

I dig it and I can totally pull that off. Not because I'm suave and cool like Dick Dale, but because I'm kinda sleazy and scary in that 1970's trailer park fashion.

I love the strat and it has the nice cp 60s specs. It might be my next big purchase. Also the tele just needs to ditch the black p guard and it would look much better
Edit: wait wait wait - heel truss rod adjustment in the year of our lord 2014?

Bob Dylan used to have a Gold Sparkle Strat (link)
The finish on the FSR looks more like Joe Bonamasa's strat
