Asking for a favor from Jaguar or Mustang owners...

Can someone please measure the distance from the bridge-end of the nut to the headstock-end of the first fret of their Jaguar and Mustang?

Then can you measure the distance from the bridge-end of the nut to the end of the fretboard on both models as well?

I'm trying to figure out if the distance between frets is really shorter on these short-scale guitars or if the fretboard is longer and the fret distance is about the same as a strat or tele. I'd also like to compare it to my Gibson Midtown Kalamazoo and I might sell that guitar if the fret distance is about the same as a Jaguar or Mustang.

thanks in advance

How could the fretboard be longer, wut.
And not all mustangs have the same type of neck.

The fret distance might be the same if the Gibson's frets are so big and the Mustang's so tiny.

Or you can fret the back of the neck so the distances will be different.

Of course, as you pointed out correctly, the headstock size is the most important factor.
