I just saw that Digitech is releasing a new reverb pedal called the Polara, which is a stereo 'verb with seven different modes. It seems really, really similar to the Hardwire RV-7 in what it does, though the paint job is definitely fancier. The halo and modulated modes are interesting, but the Hardwire Supernatural has similar sounding options as well. Maybe those modes make this pedal really stand out, but it just seems like a slightly different take on something they've already done.

P.S. I've had a Digitech Digiverb for a while and I love it, so I don't see myself switching over to this guy anytime soon no matter how cool the Halo or Modulated modes might sound
Another day, another Digitech reverb pedal

The Halo setting does sound interesting. Same goes for the Modulate mode: if it's anything like the RV-5 equivalent, it should sound great and might actually replace that on my own board.
I'm just a bit cynical about this is because of its enclosure and stomp switch - if it had the same enclosure as a Bad Monkey, the folks would dismiss it as a nothing-special rival to an RV-5 or Echo Park (in the same way that OD-3s are often ignored by tone snobs but appreciated by the rest of us).
