Another bad financial decision. Too many options. I will try to come up with some kind of clip for you guys because I love you all.

Jesus Christ, how many controls does an amp need? I get lost on my Ampeg GVT sometimes, and that's basically just treble, mid and bass.

Mark series amps sounds awesome. The clean channel is really nice!

I tried a Mark IV in a shop once and really liked it. Multiple channel amps usually end up being a bit of a trade-off, but the cleans and the overdrive of that both sounded usable. I'm guessing the Mark V is merely an updated version of that.
They really are nice amps though - sound great, well-made and all that. It's just the sheer number of controls seems a bit excessive. For all the lack of live gigs and financial worries I've had lately, I still can't bring myself to part with my F50 - it has the trademark Boogie 'Fender amp on steroids' look and tone, but I didn't need to max out my credit card and wrestle with a zillion control knobs to get the sound I want out of it.

Absolutely, that nomad sucked so fucking bad i couldn't believe it. This thing actually has potential. I talked myself into it cause it was a friends and he was about to go to GC or a pawn shop with it. I got a super deal and kept it out of those scummy joints.
