N(A)GD - LOGGED THE FUCK IN W/ GRETSCH (now w/ short demo)

i got the new pokemon game early today so i completely forgot to log in and tell you guys that i finally got a blue-green burst gretsch jim dandy today and i fucking love it. its tiny, its comfortable to hold, the finish is my favorite color, and its a LOT of fun to play both with a pick and with fingers. the lighting is way shit right now so pics will come sometime tomorrow.

ive got 26 hours logged in already from this weekend alone so hell yeah im lovin it, it gets me all nostalgic. sapphire was one of the first games i ever had that wasnt my sisters' first
oh and the guitar is sick too, got that iron & wine "such great heights" toan with a capo on the sixth fret

oh and on saturday night, my mom asked if the g on the pickguard was for guzman (my last name) which i didnt even think about and tbh we giggled

Another thing I just noticed that there is a sort of black binding on the neck, I didn't see it until I realized I couldn't see the ends of the frets in the fretboard. That's a really nice, subtle touch.
