the aesthetic looks like they're trying to appeal to guitarists that play in bands with cajons
12 string intonation predictably terrible as usual

Amazing, you could get copies of those almost 10 years ago, except they had wide nuts like the 380L and a glossy finish. In 10 more years you might be able to get ones like those from Rickenbacker too. Or not.
I imagine 50 years from now you'll be able to get copies of 330 style basses that were made in Japan in the 1960s.

I believe Rickenbacker trademarked that solely to stop people talking shit about them on the internet. [/butseriouslyfuckthoseBeatledickriders]

Saw one in a local shop, the satin finish and maple neck look really cheap. I'm sure the ric forum covets them and hold them as a prime example of why ric is the best modern guitar company.

Rickenbacker's website is so outdated.

I really like the look of these, but they'd be so much better with a rosewood board, especially the 360. You can't really see the sharkfin inlays with the maple.
If they had a rosewood board, I'd probably go for one of the 330s. I can imagine the satin finish would make these instantly easier to play without the high gloss finish on the fretboard.
They do look a tad like someone threw them together in a woodshop somewhere. I like that though.
I can't imagine how they're still around. You hardly see any musicians using them. They must all sell to old farts with Beatles/Byrds fascinations and no talent (look on YouTube, it's hilarious how bad some of these guys are.)
Their prices are sort of crazy too. A 330 shouldn't be 2K. 1500 maybe, but not 2K.

Beatles/Birds make them so expensive. Actually they are the only reason why Rickenbacker still exists. I can't say what I'm feeling about that exact models, but the video in the openning post confirmed for me again that Ricks and Voxes were made to suit each other perfectly.
