I asked him to switch the neck back to the original and got a small price drop. The original neck seems fine to me and I think maple fretboards on jazzmasters 95% just look wrong.

I probably will, but ill try locktite and digging deeper grooves first as thatbis cheaper.

also I took the bridge off and taped the posts, I know the bridge is supposed to rock with it but it made it way more solid. I tried a Tom with it at one point but like the stock one way more

I think Rainbow Guitars did a run like that, '58/'59 kinda style with all different colors, including blonde.
