Exp(ression) pedal compatibility for SourceAudio FXs

Post by Golden_Sonic »

Can I use any expression pedal with Source Audio effects or am I forced to buy a SourceAudio exp. pedal for a compatibility issue?
The fact is that I would combine a Source Audio Soundblox 2 Stingray with a BOSS FV500h (that is both a volume and expression pedal) or any other similar volume/exp predal.

I have no experience of Source Audio, but Google found me this in their description of their Dual Expresiion Pedal:
The Source Audio Dual Expression Pedal delivers precision response and smooth action in a durable cast aluminum housing. Dual TRS expression outputs make it possible to control two effects units simultaneously. The pedal is compatible with the very common Boss/Roland style (“tip hot) expression input.
