I realise it's a Kay guitar... but anyone help regarding model ?

It's one of the later Japanese models. There was a site that let you download all their catalogs. Might not even be a model with a name, maybe just a number.

Pretty generic Japanese hollow body, probably came with lots of different brand names on the headstock, maybe not all with that body finish.

I saw this exact model under the brand Norma on ebay, it is one of the brands that Teisco used to sell their guitars in the states
