Godin A6 Baritone.

Post by ultratwin »

Plus points for PG staff properly addressing Monsieur Hobear Gogh-dan.

I had an early model A6 for close to 15 years and it's an excellent-sounding lightweight for both sounding great with electric guitar strings and being a plugged-in guitar (unplugged it has some nice and nasal resonator-like toanz). I'm still on the fence about getting a Warmoth conversion neck for the Squier JM body I still have (The VWH JM brought to the 2014 AlBQ), and either way it's nice to see Hobear put this thing out, following his brilliant Glissentar A11 and MultiOud models.

Would have loved to hear some gain with that magnetic p'up, though.

LANK...can't seem to post as usual.

Nice. Always liked Godin guitars; quality stuff at a decent price. I've been hankering for a baritone and I think would love one of these, but I do wish it had a bridge pickup aside from the piezo.

Also I don't know why but there was an extra bit in the link ("t=251") which has to be removed to work.
