"Moonshine"- an acoustic/electrrrrric extravaganza

LOL ;-)
i guess to anyone knocking back some ole uncle cooter's moonshine, it could be construed as an 'extravaganza', heheh.

guitars used:

acoustics recorded with a shure ksm44 thru a A Designs Audio MP-1, dbx compressor, some itb processing.....
vox used a ADK Hamburg...
elec guitars recorded direct from a Palmer PDI-09 on the output of a mesa boogie mark2b head, demeter iso box for load....
bass is dual track, sansamp bass di and the mesa boogie guitar head blended...

this is southern rock! it's allman brothers and all the music i grew up on.. great job man! i'm a fan of moonshine and this track..

thanks for keeping this post from total obscurity!!

LOL...

you know i had not even thought about it as 'southern rock'....
and i grew up in jacksonville florida,
one of the true 'southern rock' cities....


but i was probably channeling more zep, eagles, csny, yes, it just happens to have a bit of a southern flavor to it

Haha.. I hear zep and eagles but first thing I thought of was allman brothers. I love them so it's a good thing.. I didn't say skynrd haha
