•Mahogany body in SG body shape
•Mahogany neck
•Unbound rosewood fingerboard with white dot inlays and 120th anniversary banner inlay at the 12th fret

•2 x Volume controls, 1 x Tone control
•Chrome three-point adjustable bridge

I've never had my hands one one of these, or even anything remotely similar. It looks neat especially for the price!

I think maybe I played a second-hand one last year in Guitar Store in Southampton and it had a problem - I tried to play a Free bass line that included stuff around 14-17th frets on the top string and there was a nasty buzz. They said "oh, it just needs a fret dress, we'll throw that in" but I thought the problem was more serious so I left it.

It mainly needs thick ass strings. :D Like you have to go to the nearest suspension bridge and cut some of the wires off. Trust me, they will fit perfectly... It is not like those musicmaster basses that work with everything... But i guess Kim Gordon sure likes her EB-0 and she's one hell of a bassist :)

Sounds impressive, isn't.

Gibson should reissue that 30k ohm mudbucker neck pickup and and the vari-tone switching to the SG bass. Then I'd be interested.
