Not sure about the mosrite things, but I like the looks of those 59m yokes.

The only cool thing is that they'll manage to piss off the Rickenbacker legal department. This could be entertaining.

All the awesome old models they could've reissued and they chose to rip off mosrite? Danos slipping hard as fuck.
Make more dano pros and u2s instead of this shit and every stupid color combo of that jimmy page dano. Sick of em.

Have the strangest hateboner for that white and black spruce

the 64 has an ugly and mismatched configuration. especially those lazy pickup rings - yikes. i wish they'd just restore the hodad to its former glory, we have enough straight-up mosrite clones
i think the colours of the 59 spruce range are bad except the white/black, black/white and red/white. not sure why they don't just bring back the sparkle finishes of the 90s (see above) because they were incredible:
headstock truss rod adjustment is a big improvement across the board though (not sure when they started doing that but my 90s dc12 doesn't have it)
also, 12 string versions of both would be well received.

Seen those new Fender Elites? Looks like they are possibly replacing the American Deluxes. They have a little truss rod adjustment wheel on the heel end of the neck:

Good idea in theory, not a fan of the aesthetics of headstock adjustable truss rods but they are more practical. I'd like to think Fender are just trolling the

inclined though

lol, i dig the look of a clear headstock but what an own goal for the aesthetic in trying to achieve it. they could at least do something to try and hide it, and as if truss rods weren't prone enough to getting clogged up and rusty...
the whole design is ugly anyway: decal'd pickups, block saddles and silly modern trem arm with no tip

Ha, yeah. Some sort of cover wouldn't have been too much of a challenge surely? Like the idea though. They just need to work on the aesthetics.
Oh, and +1 on all the modern hardware on Strats and Teles. Just never looks quite right to me. They're quite possibly lovely to play mind.

The mosritestrosity basically looks like the copy Dillion made like 10 years ago, but worse.
