Also played the weird green one.

for being branded as 50's neither one had any kind of a V neck on it, or V/C hybrid thing either. just a BIG ASS C WITH FLAPPY AS FUCK STRINGS. FUCK ITTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT

the rosewood fretboard was a desert of dry ass wood. like it was sucking the moisture out of my fucking fingers it was that dry. :(
the maple ones were glosstown :)

this photo makes it look more purple then it is. its not.

Is that Sqiures or Frendes?
Recently tried $500 Yamaha in the shop and it had a super dry, dusty fretboard, super sharp sticking out fret edges and super high action. I guess edges were sharp because the fredboard was dry, fretboard was dry and dusty because guitar had been hanging on a wall for a year or more and nobody really cared about the condition of the guitar; action was high because it is a usual thing for most of the guitars out of the box. But why shouldn't I buy Affinity Squier that has all the same flaws instead?

Said it before but have readjusted my figures: Am now about 85% sure it's G6196TSP-2G flavor.

Which is indeed gray.

Swear it's lilac irl. The one I tried played and sounded nice too, and had a decent fretboard.

Dude its weird that the green and red would come out picture-perfect in your casual phone snap, yet the lilac is suspiciously more lilac than you remember it.

Yeah, there's one at my gc since these came out last year. Pretty sure it looked like the photo. Maybe poor lighting in buffalo's gc?

is that a criticism or compliment?

I actually think the finish on these is really nice in person, and lovely colors. My only gripe with them is that they're strats.

A lilac Jaguar would be pretty sweet.
