Their strat and tele bodies are inexpensive, did somebody on here buy one?

I bought a butterscotch ash Tele body and neck from them which I made into a Tele Custom, then later a fiesta-like red paulownia body to transplant a 2-pickup/tele circuit Strat pickguard project I had going with an MIM classic 70s neck. I don't know if they've changed specs on the basic stuff they sell (this was in 2009-2010 before the Xavier stuff, but the tele neck I bought had the same headstock as those) but the neck pocket was pretty wide, a shit sandwich with the Fender neck.

Did you buy the "wholesale" bodies or the ones marked XGP.

I also see they make offset type bodies now. I've been out of the loop on following guitar parts suppliers.

Never bought an XGP. They were the only bodies being sold at the time but they probably were a wholesale lot because they ran out and said "more bodies coming soon" for long after... I've noticed on lots of bodies he added stuff like neck pocket gap measurements and little breaks from description to say stuff like "heck-even FENDER necks fit!" later on, which is why I suspect the bodies I got were different to what's on offer now.

Thanks for the reply. I'm looking at the different forums to see if anybody tried an offset body.
