I've been on a lookout for a while for a pedal that'll get a sterile clean amp to sound more like small tube combo on the edge of destruction, to various levels of destruction.

Have just spunked some of the money that has been getting dusty in my Paypal account on one of those:

Pretty fucking spendy at £160, but I love how super flexible it is, really looking forward to getting my garage rawk on. Andertons have chilled return policy too, so can always send it back if it's too Emperor's New Clothesy.

Now we're fucking talking...

I've been looking at one of these for a while now, I hope it's as good as it's being reported to be.

It is spendy though £160 is reverb money.

for something that comes across as nice and versatile as this, idk seems like a fair price

Yeah, that kinda was my thinking; all of the options means it strays into a load of SONIC TERRITORIES

Just arrived, seems nice and solid, bit smaller than I was expecting; no bad thing. Came with a lovely cloth drawstring bag too, to keep my marbles and stones.

Looks great, price seems fair given the options.

Looks a bit brilliant. Looking forward to a demo.

The other boutiquey fuzz I like the look of the Red Witch, similar price.

Decided against it for now; the main aim was to have a standard decent tube amp to do video demos with, but I really don't have the time and space right now :/

More likely to pick up a smaller tube head, and use my combo as a cabinet..or something a little smaller generally.

That pedal sounds fantastic, Doog. Really great choice. I'm usually an "Op-Amp Big Muff or nothing" sort of guy when it comes to fuzzes, but I could see myself using this.
