thanks guys!
yeah i decided it was time to come back here again.
lots has happened.
i quit my job, sold everything (pretty much, minus some gear), backpacked thru latin america with my girlfriend for 7 months, and moved to Germany, for good.
still fighting off adulthood as much as possible, but by now it could just be midlife-crisis.
now looking for job and stuff. and looking forward to attend one of them amazing shortscale meetings in the UK or so!
thanks for having me back.
love,
Pat.

Is this why they raised the price of all the VM and CV models?

Don't know but both FMIC and Guitar Center are loaded with debt after getting involved with some private equity companies. Fender tried to do an IPO but the street didn't bite because electrics guitars is a niche market with limited growth opportunity and it seemed Fender was offering the IPO solely to pay down debt.

Yeah and most of the debt is owed to the private equity firm.
