All my pedal board was stolen at a gig and I dont have any of the pedals that I bought and kept during years.
Im thinking of buying a Zoom G3 or a Line 6 pedal which could be better to choose ?
Just thinking of home practicing and similar playing.
That would be a little Christmas present

that fucking sucks dude... the line 6 m9 stuff is great. Never played any other recent stuff, but I think everything made these days is decent. You can always use an iphone or ipad for effects if you already got one.

Shit. Sorry to hear that mate. Never had a multi-effects unit, so can't really recommend anything, but hope you find something you like.

You encouraged me in getting that.
Because I spent and bought spring reverbs,tc delays and tried to be cool..but left my bag on stage while took a beer.
So yeah, hope they have a little of the "original" sound etc...
anyway keep it up shortscale, enjoying reading You every day !

I'm really sorry to hear about your loss. That just blows. I have a Boss ME-50, it works great for home use.

The Boss GT-1 is much smaller than the ME-80 (30cm x 15 cm), although it doesn't have the same sort of knobby interface:

That looks really shite to be honest, I'd rather get an MS-50G instead if I had a choice, although a G3 would be even cooler.
The MS-50G has a better interface, is smaller and has a metal case.

^that actually looks pretty rad.
i have not used a multi fx box in ages, but the last one i had was a boss gt6. this would have been about 10+ years ago, and it was pretty good even back then, just had a learning curve to dial in. if they're still making that line (or its successor), that might be a good idea to try. before that i had a digitech rp7 which takes you back to the late 90's. so, yeah.
sorry about your rig, tho, man. that's the worst. =[

Sorry about your rig. I love the boss me-70 or 80. Whatever ones new and out now. It's patchable on the computer and all the effects are on point. Under 300 used too. I use it as a quiet practice tool too when I don't feel like running an amp.

That pedal "robroe" posted looks filled with lot of things to play around.
Ill check the BOSS multi fx around !
Well, I had TC Electronics Tuner & Big Delay, Danelectronics Reverb and Boss-Fender Reverb 63" pedal, Boss Octave OC-3 & TAP to loop Tc electronics.
Never had lot of overdrives because my little home practice amp (VOX 4w) always distorted the sound I had.
Im abit sad that it happened right now, but how they said in the song "life is life lalala"

I have a zoom g3 which I was using in the effects loop of my superego to add modulation effects ( mainly reverb, delay and some pitch shifting) to the "frozen" notes. (I use a carbon copy and verbzilla for that now.) I updated the firmware so I could run 6 effects in line at once. The go for around $80 to $100 dollars used.
