Bullet Mustang vs. MIM Offset Duo Sonic/Mustang

Hi all,

I am a proud owner of a MIM HS Duo Sonic which I bought for a steal. The guitar is great and I couldn't be happier with it. Originally, I intended to buy the cheap-o bullet mustang due to pricing and stellar reviews. The fact that my DS HS was on sale dissuaded me from the bullet before i even had the chance to get my hands on it.

I'd be interested to hear, form those who have played/own both, how they compare and whether or not the extra money i mostly for a logo (as often is the case)!

Thanks ahead of time!

I love the Bullet Mustangs (I have two) and they are a blast to mod, but the new MIM Duo-Sonic is in a totally different league and well worth the extra cash. I have the Capri Orange SS version.

I, too, have two Bullet Mustangs, and I really like mine. My bandmate's HS Duo is a great guitar, too, and honestly, I think they're both great guitars and I wouldn't recommend either over the other because they both have advantages. At a basic level, though, the MIM Duos are probably going to feel more like keepers out of the box.
