Saw this over on *amber* :

A 60th anniversary Jazzmaster and an "American Original" Jazzmaster.

I'd noticed that a lot of the shops in the UK seem to be running out of the American Vintage range guitars so I wonder if they're due to be replaced by "American Originals"?

Not sure when pine started being considered "exotic".

The pic is weird looking because it's from Instagram and probably has twelve filters on it.

I'm a bit fresh, but this may be my favourite post of all time.

I really like the blue one too. Looks like binding on the fretboard as well.

I'm still hoping they make another baritone JM though. I plan to pick up the Squier version as a birthday present to myself, but I'm not sure they'll still be in stock come April time, what with it being a 2017 model and all. A bari version of this though, with the blue finish and what looks like standard JM specs...YAS. I'd be all over that.

There’s also THIS, apparently.

At least it’s not another Strat...

It's seriously like someone just pulled the top horn and lower right bout of a Telemaster in Photoshop free transform mode, then slapped a surfboard-sized pickguard on it.

Yikes.
