Broke a tuner on my Gretsch cause its a bitch. The plastic bit crumbled and now is fucked.
anyone to steer me in the direction of a cheap replacement?

If this isn't worth a punt from your location you could probably find something cheap online that would work, just make sure you can get the post-to-post measurements squared away on both your purchase and existing set of machines. Failing that, if you don't mind a couple extra holes showing you could just stick individual tuners on the guitar.Great basic tuners...

Really happy with these tuners. I got a set to replace the factory tuners on my Gretsch Jim Dandy. The D tuner was slipping and I just could not for the life of me get it to stop, so I just decided to replace them. This set slid right in to place. The bushings were perfect. Every tuner has a better feel than the stock. So far I've had no tuning issues in the least. It would have cost me more to ship it back for warranty repair than it did to purchase these. I highly recommend them for a basic open tuner
