i finally received it from a seller on reverb from florida and boy fucking howdy, i'm pissed.

first, dude took five business days to ship and only after i waited three business days prompting me to contact reverb customer support to light a fire under his ass.

second, he never at any point messaged me to provide a reason for the delay in shipping, which felt real fucked and unprofessional.

third, dude shoved it in a usps priority shipping box with no protection at all, i opened the box and it was just the pedal by itself. i figured this out before opening it, because i accidentally gripped it too hard and heard the click of the footswitch.

and finally, the status LED does not work at all, and the dude didn't mention that in his listing, so either he's a huge jackass or it got damaged in transit, going back up to the third point where he didnt protect the pedal at all for shipping from florida to california.

the pedal sounds great though but i cant tell when its on until i play a chord and that gets annoying, especially since i was expecting the thing to fucking work in the first place

in other news, anyone got some tips for how to troubleshoot the status LED problem? or in fact, how to take the circuit board out because i opened it up and it seems pretty tightly packed in there, i would guess the input/output jacks were soldered on after it was all assembled because of how tight it is

Mate, just return it now before you void any form of 'it will be working' guarantee by putzing around with it yourself. Then give this mouthbreather a shitty review on THE VERB.

eh fuck it, you're probably right. god it sounds so fucking lush though, wish i knew the LED wasnt gonna be working. welp, if he doesnt respond to the partial refund i asked for, then i'm retracting it and just gonna return it myself and give him a shitty review for being the second biggest failure of a seller i've ever had to deal with.

first biggest failure is a whole other story for the pub
