I've craving a hollow/semi-hollow lately. Back in PR I had an Alleykat, and it was a nice playing guitar - I just couldn't stand the pickups. However, this one has P90s vs the HH on the Alleykat. I might actually buy this.

I don't like Epiphone necks and Epiphone pickups. Both suck imo... and that's pretty much everything I'm looking for in a guitar

I went with a kid who was new at guitar. He was dead set on this guitar. I told him the used MIM strat was a better value for the same price. He didn't listen. He ended up purchasing a MIM fender strat next year when he came to visit.

These things had a hard time staying in tune and the tone wasn't very good.
