There must be a million of these threads on here. Look at the number of frets, the Mustang has 22 and the Squier Duo-sonic has 21.

I also would say no.
I recently put a squier jagmaster vista neck (real 24") on a cv duosonic body and i had to move the bridge. CV duosonic neck is a conversion neck. Moving the bridge on a mustang will be a little busy...
