Judging by the circuitry design it probably sounds very good.
...but sales just might show that price and aesthetics mean heaps to teh consoomerz, and thus end up being unpopular.

Yeah, just not the satch one.
It is great this is happening as the competition will drive manufacturers to do the best with the format. Epiphone must be pissed off thuogh.

I think its a cheeky way of selling more expensive guitars. Will expand on this theory, I'm doing this dishes at the moment.

I agree that it probably will not be too popular. Especially if it looks like that and is $600. Hell I could get a Tiny Terror or 5150 for that much, ngz.

It's quite fancy compared to the other small tube amps though, it's got a effects loop and XLR outs and stuff.

Just do a Morello. Take the logo off to save embarassment, drape a flag over it and then let everyone wonder what amp you're using to get such awesome tone.

It's only his speaker cabinet though.

Well to be fair you could remove the logo over the speaker on the little amp, and the other logo on the control is so small most people wouldn't notice it anyway.
Alternatively, you could just drape a flag over the whole amp because it's so small. That way nobody will even know where the sound is coming from.

but Epiphone has been doing it forever already, they never really abandoned the small combo tube amp. They have the Valve Junior and Valve Special, before that it was the Galaxie and before that the Electar brand. They'll probably adapt and do soemthing cool.
What somebody needs to do is something like
this with tremolo and reverb. This is 20 watts and loosely based on the old Gibson Scout.

Yes, definitely. I remember asking for it when buying mine off the net, I don't really know why, perhaps for the sake of completeness. The guy was totally taken aback, and I realised how silly I was to ask.
