whoa, that sucks man

they're not exspensive over here at all, esp cheap in german webshops..if they have it in stock that is

if it's really that pricey over there i'd consider getting that one when the shipping costs are quite ok too.... you won't regret having it in your pedal collection. :)

yeah heh. It seems to be popular among people here at SS. I just read the 22 pages of the gear thread...skipped most of the talking, just looked at peoples gear :D. I bought a Danelectro Hash Brown Flanger earlier today, for 100 bucks off new. It's quite sexy i did some home recording with it, it flanges upto alien-ray-gun speeds!

The pointy ones don't have that great a bypass (if that bothers you at all). Round dial= trew bypass.

EH stuff went true bypass at some point. You can tell a true bypass Muff from a non true bypass Muff cos they changed the knobs at the same time. A true bypass one has round knobs, while the other has the triangular pointers on the knob.

Newer version with true bypass, comes in cardboard box

Older version with non true bypass, comes in wooden box.

True bypass basically means your bypassed/clean sound isn't being degraded by going through the pedal's guts when the pedal is off, it totally skips all the circuitry.

It's not an incredible difference, but you'll experience a little treble loss with the non true bypass version. If all this is news to you, I wouldn't worry about being too picky.
