Hey on the first clip is that the bridge pu?

I think it needed to be a clean setting really, seeing as how the OD would react to the volume change too.

to stop your tone getting muddy and bassy when you turn the volume down.

We;ll it definitely seems to do that - why is it called Treble Bleed when it's the opposite of that?
