If they do a Jazz Bass pickup sized one, I'm getting it. Will look hot in my transparent bass, the whole THING will light up.

WTF? "Won't fit into a single coil cavity.." They are flat out stupid. If they can't make a board that is just a set of LEDs with resistors and wire, they suck. I can make an LED board smaller than a dime.

Plus these look really stupid.

I think it's just because they've made these humbucker size to see how they sell (humbuckers being most common size), and I guess the fact that humbuckers have gaps around the edges for light to get through, singles don't. It's not that they're that big, it's that they've put them on a board the dimensions of a humbucker so it can borrow the humbucker mounting screws.

Ok. They still look really stupid, though.

Exactly. My transparent bass is a gimmick machine as it is, I've had so many compliments about it. Being able to pop a switch and have it illuminate would be AWESOME.

Yeah, his sucks. I'd probably get some of that frosting stuff to spray on the guitar so when it lights up the light "fills it up", so to speak.

I'd probably not put douchelights in my guitar.

Yeah but if you've got a douchetransparent guitar, you might as well go all out and put douchelights in.
