Not so much a dream setup as one I can imagine myself getting within two or thre years.
Basically it would involve me buying another Valve junior, a Tiny Terror, and a Peavey Delta Blues. I'd modify both VJ's to give different sounds.
I'd tap the speaker in the Peavey, so that it can be used as a 1x15 cab, and see about tapping the Marshall 412 I have so that I can use it as either a 412 or effectively two 212's (don't know how possilbe this is, pipe-dreams an' that). I'd probably upgrade the speakers in the 412 as well.
Then, I'd have five amps (Peavey, two VJ's, Tiny Terror, and the Marshall AVT) with two or three different cabs.
I'd probably look into upgrading the Marshall to a 'real' valve head.
Anyway, I've class to go to...

This is not only possible, but easy. I could walk you through it.
Cool ideas. Multiamp setups are appealing to me more these days - the missus does not agree - she's worried that Amp Corner may become Amp House.

I've kind of got my dream setup. Twin, MM bass and JTM60.
It would be better if the Marshall was a model with a better reputation, but it sound great, and is my most reliable amp, so, meh.

Its a shame they stopped making guitar amps. I'd buy one for the VU meters alone.

Interesting fact about all Ashdown amps - are very similar to Trace Elliot in terms of schematic and parts. A lot of old Trace amps that break down can be fixed with Ashdown spares, I remember this from my time working in Andy's.

A lot of any valve amp can be fixed with any other amp spares.
Valves, resistors, capacitors and pots. A couple of transformers, switches and sockets.
