Yeah you're probably right. Although I did see an image which had 2 of the green EC signature strats next to each other and they seemed slightly different, one had bigger sparkle flakes in it for sure. But that might have just been a change to the Candy Green colour in general, rather than a change from 7UP to candy green.James wrote:My guess is he requested those colours and Fender gave him Candy Green (or similar), Pewter and one of their standard red colours (I'm not sure which it came in but I've definitely seen stock images of a Clapton strat in a typical Fender red).
