I would not mind a good, accurate Kurt signature Jaguar/Mustang.
I'm talking with a tune-o-matic style bridge, a Dimarzio Super Distortion in the bridge, body routed for switches but pickguard has them removed, little things like that. It would be an awesome guitar.

I don't know the cribs music all that well but I did see a couple videos of them online with Johnny Marr, and one of them all together on Letterman, and I was incredibly underwhelmed. Opinions obviously vary...

In a band like The Cribs there's not enough diversity and space in the arrangement to have someone like Johnny Marr make a difference. Cribs are still good, Marr is still a legend.

I don't think Marr was really a fit with the style of the cribs, it always seemed a bit weird to me.

in my opinion, the smiths didn't exactly fit in as music. always seemed a bit weird to me.

I did like We Share the Same Skies and We Were Aborted, but the rest of the album wasn't up to par IMHO. Just wasn't Cribsy enough. Marr is an amazing player and The Smiths were amazing.
