Seriously, HOW did that band ever even manage to reel him in in the first place?DanHeron wrote:He has left The Cribs now. Thank god.Sidney Vicious wrote: By way of contrast, I think he was/is a part of the Cribs from what I understand.
Why would that make it an awesome guitar?honeyiscool wrote:... body routed for switches but pickguard has them removed, little things like that. It would be an awesome guitar.

Because they are good and he liked what they were doing? I dunno. Maybe that's why.mtotallywired wrote:Seriously, HOW did that band ever even manage to reel him in in the first place?DanHeron wrote:He has left The Cribs now. There are already three different Fender Japan versions of varying accuracy.

I think we can safely say that's not the reason he joined the cribs.AaronGuitarDude wrote:MONEYmtotallywired wrote:Seriously, HOW did that band ever even manage to reel him in in the first place?DanHeron wrote: He has left The Cribs now. Thank god.
I did like We Share the Same Skies and We Were Aborted, but the rest of the album wasn't up to par IMHO. Just wasn't Cribsy enough. Marr is an amazing player and The Smiths were amazing. But Marr+Cribs doesn't really work. I wish Morrisey would allow one reunion show of The Smiths.Fran wrote:+1.DanHeron wrote:He has left The Cribs now. I love Marr but the Cribs were ace on the first few albums as a three piece.
