This is from the warmoth showcase, which means it's already made and ready to ship. Only $135, cheap, and it has contours.
Routed universally too... thats a great deal.

Yeah, but no paint.

So as I said......$135+$185 painting + shipping.....

Plus I would HAVE to get a warmoth pickguard

Unless there is somebody out there willing to pay $300 for my current body

Try painting it yourself. Lots of info out there on how to do it best.
And if you mess it up, you can just sand it back to the wood and try again.
Noone is going to pay $300 for your body alone.

From what I hear the reranch LPB is a single coat easy as fuck to use product. Plus the warmoth bodies come prepped for paint so I think all you have to do is start spraying.

I'm mystified by the fact you were prepared to cut contours into it but are afraid of spray paint. That's not an insult mind you, I just don't get being so adventurous in something that is nigh impossible to reverse yet so cautious in an area that is so easily fixed.

Dude... we've presented you with a very cheap open routed body that is immediately available. We've advised on how to paint it.

I'm really struggling to treat you with some sort of civility here... do you want us to play the fucking thing for you too?

You could contact Robert Original, he's done work in the past, though I'm not sure if he's taking orders at the moment. I think he also sold off the last of his stock, which may have included a Jag-Stang body.

From what I hear, CROSS makes a good product, but he takes forever to do so. Something about him not having 24/7 access to his workshop or something.

Aug is hit and miss, plenty of people have been screwed by him but plenty of people have had good results.

It's best not to, thats true. But you're fairly limited on options, In your price point you're not likely to find a finished body. If I were you I would just buy that warmoth body and take it to an auto body shop and have them paint it for you. It'll only take them a few minutes and they'll probably only charge you a few quid for it because it will be almost no effort for them. Either that or try painting it yourself. If you cock it up, it's fairly easy to fix.
